I am getting this error on a freshly virtualmin
Failed to create virtual server : Failed to work out externally visible IP address

It’s not a big of a deal. Help Virtualmin to work out your IP address by settings this up manually in System Settings/Virtualmin Configuration.
I’m surprised you were able to run the configuration check without getting a warning about this (which includes advice on how to fix it).
