I still not getting mail working on mxtoolbox. The hostname I can’t see the full address, make sure it hasn’t added extra stuff at end.

what expected has happen, when you add the record either just use mail or mail.castlivenow.com.
there needs to be a dot at the end else it will do what is in the screenshot
google whatmyip and confirm you are still using that IP. I suspect you don’t have a fixed IP.
