ok, not sure that failed but www has no IP. Meaning you have no A or CNAME for it.

I can’t connect to your website, you may have a firewall issue. Where is your Virtualmin hosted? On your own or a VPS?

You need to copy the suggest DNS records to namecheap and access to the server, at the moment I see none.

where is the server being run? Your home or hosted somewhere? Virtualmin itself has the correct ports open. You must behind a firewall, maybe a router.

You need to either do portforwarding or make it a DMZ in the router. Look up you routers manual on how to do that.

the routre im using is the asus RT-AC85P

disable dns on the virtualserver, if you using namecheap for dns it is not needed. suggested dns is then visible.
