by the way this is happening on contabo. if this matters.
i did what you have told me and Webmin ⇾ Webmin Configuration: Webmin Scheduled Functions page and force-run scriptlatest.pl action. also restarted webmin and still the same

Hello @Ilia I followed Webmin → Webmin configurarion: Webmin scheduled functions and ran all jobs but I do not have the option to install WP from other sources.

I gor wp core download failed` : Downloading WordPress 6.5.2 (en_US)… Error: Couldn’t access download URL (HTTP code 429). : Downloading from http://scripts.virtualmin.com/wordpress-6.5.2.zip … Error: Extracting a zip file requires ZipArchive

I will install ZipArchive and return back

To address the “Extracting a zip file requires ZipArchive” issue, we will add PHP to the list of optional extensions to be installed! Although this is very uncommon issue! It seems that your provider uses custom builds of PHP!

Also, could you let me know if you installed Ubuntu 22.04 and Virtualmin manually, or did your ISP provide it?

I installed Virtualmin manually but the Ubuntu image was provided by my VPS provider. I think I used Contabo in this last case.
