After I moved to a new server and transferred the domain, procmail per user stopped working. All mail delivered to inbox.
postfix external command is: /usr/bin/procmail-wrapper -o -a $DOMAIN -d $LOGNAME

For some reason the local .procmail is not being used. And local procmail.log is empty
