In the Filter Action Jail, let’s say I want to disable the proftpd jail. A while back I would just click on proftpd and click “no” on " Currently enabled?" on the “Edit jail” screen, then save and the proftpd was marked as “Enabled = no” in the list of jails.
Now if I click “no” I get an error stating :
Failed to save jail : Invalid port name, number or range; use a single port name, number or a range in the form start:end; to specify multiple ports, separate them with commas
All these infos are not relevant if I want that jail disabled, so the only solution I found was to delete that jail. This was working before, I don’t know exactly when it changed, I didn’t start any new servers during summer but 3-4 in the past weeks and had the problem for all of them.
Thanks,
Pierre
