Nginx - set default ssl_certificate to ssl.combined

Ubuntu 20.04 LEMP + Virtualmin 6.14 / Webmin 1.970
(installed with sh /root/virtualmin-install.sh -b LEMP -m)

Is there a way to set the default ssl_certificate to ssl.combined instead of ssl.cert?
I am talking about the /etc/nginx/sites-available/example.com.conf file.

Why?
Because Qualys test (ssllabs.com) don’t rate A+ with the ‘incomplete’ cert file. The cert need to have the Cert + CA. And this file is the ssl.combined.
