seems clear you are a windose user… i recommend to you that change the ip public address cos now everybody has your address (or edit the posts you made at least)

Don’t be rude, and don’t stir up unnecessary fears. An IP address is not secret information. You’re not protecting anything by being secretive about your IP addresses.

Now, that’s what I call a successful debut! And you registered especially for this? I’m already looking forward to the upcoming posts…

@mohamedelgaraihy, if you can afford to splash out some extra cash on your VPS, you should move away from Hostinger. I’ve rarely heard good things, people are just frustrated with their services and obvious bureaucracy.

I have had very good experiences with Ionos. Been a customer there for 20+ years (when they were still trading as 1&1) and can recommend them unreservedly. But I’m sure there are other ISPs worth recommending. Just ask around.

I almost flagged it.

There is a small but valid point that the site could be scrapped for ip’s that run webmin though. But there are better ways to introduce yourself when you are actually trying to be helpful.

i am integrating webmin to Alpine linux a high secure OS… registering to forums was just part of some steps… i never look for introduction cos i take as same all the forums… a place to ask… i was very polite cos i send a sense recommendation… and of course the guessing of kind of user was very close…

public ip’s are normal to be public of course… but not when admins are still configuring with many settings open by default… its common to crackers (not hackers) to attacks those devices just for excersices… of course we are a huge world but security starts by allof us… the layer n8

that is a fact and you dont change that

You totally missed the point what I was referring to. Figure yourself as I don’t wanna go off-topic too far.
