but i can get access via my link
http://62.72.5.173:20000

when i checked the status of webmin via ssh i get:

anyone can help me ?

You need to look at the log to see what it can’t start.

Probably /var/webmin/miniserv.error

i cant get to this file

How is that possible? How did you install?

i install it 4 months ago via hostinger and i didnt do anything wrong just the ssl is end and when i come to renew it i cannot access my webmin but i can access my user

can anyone help

Are you sure its installed and running?
try systemctl status webmin
this is a webmin not virtualmin?

Just a thought, was this install via a script provided by hostinger?

this is the result

yes webmin and from hostinger i choosed webmin panel to setup and it installed automatically

My output is a little different, can’t understand why /var/webmin would be missing.

try stop and then start command instead of status

yes but i didnt do anything wrong, just my website was working fine but i found that the ssl is end so when i came to renew it i come to open my panel i found out this error and i cant access to my panel.

if it is a webmin only system, port 10000 needs to be opened manually
https://webmin.com/firewall.html
unless hostinger did this in there script.

this is the log ?

i think its already opened

Got me, Joe may have a clue. If it a webmin only setup I can’t see removing and the installing webmin can do any harm, but I think best to wait for Joe answer first.

ok iam waiting

Why does everyone jump to “uninstall and reinstall” before even looking at what’s happening?

Doing random things is never the right answer.

Oh, if it’s running you don’t need to look at the log. You just need to figure out why you can’t connect. Since you can see it listening, it has to be a network problem (likely firewall).

I wouldn’t if it was virtualmin, but webmin remove via rpm doesn’t effect the server and I suggest he wait for your response.
Does his webmin status look correct, mine shows Active: active (running) where his shows
Active: activating (start), why the difference?

so what to do ?
