What do you mean by clipboard?
Wen i make a copy paste in filemanager
Then the copy paste is ok
When i however after that make another copy from a directory or more files, they are added to the copied ones before.
So i guess kind of “clipboard” at copy action stay’s in memory ?
I think it is written under ~/.filemin somewhere.
Maybe a link to empty that clipboard data to as here for trash?

Yes, this is expected and the right way to do! This is exactly what happens on desktop OS. You can copy and later paste to multiple locations. However, cut operation will clear “clipboard”, preventing from re-using moved file.

If i do copy ( for paste, or even paste that copy)
then cut is after that greyed out ofcourse so no empty clipboard possible that way

I know in other CP filemanager there is a button clear clipboard.
So if needed more diferent copy paste operation from different files directorys to different locations.
They are added in clipboard, where you need to copy file “a” paste to location “acopy”, after that do copy file “b” paste to location “bcopy” that “bcopy” has also file “a” in it. ( but there shouldn’t be that file “a” if not wanted , so clearing clipboard needed before the second copy is done)
While still present in clipboard.
This is useless, at least in our case application.
So if needed more diferent copy past operation from different files directorys to different locations.
If you need to perform another copy, of another file, simple click Ctrl+C once again and the clipboard will be overwritten with a new location.
( but there shouldn’t be that file “a” if not wanted , so clearing clipboard needed before the second copy is done)
This is automatic and needs no extra work. I haven’t tried it in other panels, but I’m sure, our implementation is the best, as it fully replicates regular desktop OS.
I did the copy paste with the buttons in filemanager, then that seems to happen. (latest chromium edge windows 10 pro)
When it didn’t happen? For me it happens when I use context menu as well. How did you do it exactly?
And dropdown menue too worked just fine.
What browser and its version did you use and on which OS?
Edited up the OS and browser Windows 10 pro edge.
BUT for now i did use it again to test and no double old paste hmm
Before i started this topic i have this more then one time.
So i keep a eye on it, while i clearly don’t understand why it happened.
For now let it bee if you don’t have problems or others then only me, the person behind the keyboard i guess.
( was doing that time lot of upload files, archiving and copy pastes out of root to different virtual servers.)
The only working solution that time seems to close browser att all and open login again.
By Edge do you mean proper/latest Edge browser that is based on Chromium or an old weird Edge browser, that Microsoft was brewing by themselves?
