Failed to create virtual server : Failed to work out externally visible IP address

Hi

I just set up VirtualMin on a new server (Ubuntu 18).
When I try to create a new virtual host, I get the error
“Failed to create virtual server : Failed to work out externally visible IP address”
Possibly some configuration somewhere I need to change?
