Context menu ellipsis missing

Prior to the update to Webmin 2.111 I could open up the context menu by clicking an ellipsis next to a file name. While a right button click will open the context menu, arthritis in my hand makes this difficult as the mouse moves as I try to click the RH button with my still working index finger.

Any polite advice?

I did this and it fixed it and a couple of other bug fixes for me.

This is a bug and has now been fixed in the latest commit to the theme repository. You can go to the Theme Configuration page and install the latest development version if you feel comfortable doing so.
