Is it possible to edit what is in this list? I know you can edit the System Monitors.
No, those are hardcoded in Virtualmin.

This Should be hardcoded in webmin so you can see server status if you don’t have virtualmin module installed
If you don’t have Virtualmin installed, you can have service statuses displayed on the dashboard by enabling it in Tools ⇾ System and Server Status ⇾ Configuration: Configurable options page.
That doesn’t work i have 6 webmin installations across different OS’s it works on none, the only way to see server status is to add the virtualmin module, then it works flawlessly
After enabling the mentioned option, in the mentioned module, you need to force-refresh the system information by clicking the refresh button at the top right of the dashboard. Then, this additional panel will be shown:
