Apache Logs not showing in latest update

I use a non-root user with all the same privileges as root.

I played around with it and found when I turned off System Logs Viewer and logged out & back in the Apache logs were gone from the menu.

When I re checked the box System Logs Viewer, saved, logged out, restart & log back in and they did not come back.

I made a new user with all privileges, logged in with new user and they are back in the menu.
