Client received a One Time Code email from Amex but it doesn’t display properly in Usermin.
Note also that the View as Text and View as HTML options are not visible.
It should have a lot of text and the OTC etc.
Just wandering if its remote image/data, not in the email itself.
Mail Preferences you can edit that
It was set to Client Fetched, I tried Server Fetched and no difference.
Maybe try roundcube, see if that works. Even Thunderbird if possible, maybe that isn’t what you want.
A bandaid isn’t a cure.

Using other ways can rule out if its a usermin issue.
If you see the code it s bug in usermin.
I can see it all using an old POP3 mail client collecting from my spam filtering server - the exact same as what gets delivered to the Virtualmin server, so yes, it’s a problem I believe.
There are more issues with Usermin probably due to the same problem.
