Wrong file permissions when running install script, wordpress, roundcube etc

good afternoon, I get the wrong file permissions when I use the install script for WordPress or others… files set to 754 or 750, I think it should be set to 644

Check ~/.bashrc and umask mode.

in my debian 10 this line was missing session optional pam_umask.so in file /etc/pam.d/common-session
