Can domain admins have access to WP-Workbench?
If so, how to make it available?

Yes, as long as you allow the virtual server owner to manage web apps on the “Manage Virtual Server ⇾ Edit Owner Limits” page.
Under System Settings > Features and Plugins, WP-Workbench is enabled but no domains are listed as using it.
Under Edit Virtual Server it doesn’t show as Enabled Features. but it works for me as server admin.
Under Manage Virtual Server > Edit Owner Limits, Allowed capabilities and features, it is not available.
What am I missing?
You need Manage Web Apps enable so the admin can see the app Worpress app and WP Workbench is in there.
In Features and Plugins you mean WP-Workbench as there is no Wordpress there. Domains is empty for me too.
Fixed!
This is the winner! Many thanks.
