Creating virtual system with KVM …

Waiting for creation to complete … creation failed : Failed to extract filesystem : mv: cannot stat ‘/tmp/.webmin/WindowsServer/Windows’: No such file or directory
I am doing everything as followed by the create empty system tutorial and i keep getting this over and over
But it makes the kvm file for the server which takes up 60GB of my disk space.
I am very confused.
Please help
Im using ubuntu 16.04 server if that helps
