Why is this greyed out?

why is the arrowed item greyed out ?

This doesn’t happen in every instance but only in some cases, as a fix in the user settings file

/etc/webmin/authentic-theme/settings-<user>.js

I applied the following

settings_side_slider_fixed=true; 

which then fixes the issue, until you try to edit the theme settings for that user again

This feature requires a screen width of 1366px and up.

The screen width is greater than that I can use the same local hardware to connect as 1 user the option is greyed out log out then log in as a different user and the option is not greyed out the screen width is 1920 px on both occasions
