Whmcs Virtualmin Initial login for script

Siubscribed to WHMCS and got a licence. Created a Virtualmin server and then tried to install the WHMCS script. It askes where it needs to be installed and chose top level then it asks for WHMCS licence which is copied and pasted ina nd last option is the INITIAL LOGIN FOR SCRIPt which automatically defaults to the username and password that was used to create the server. When I click on INSTALL NOW there is a notification which says “Please Match the Requested Format” — What am I missing? What format

Please provide us a screenshot of the error, and the screens leading up to it… Of course, please “mask” any sensitive data like license keys and such…
