Last year I recall trying to get my 50 domain license renewed and I gave up in frustration but recall getting an email, maybe from Joe but its gone now. So exactly where/how does one renew a license? There is nothing in the user account area that I can see? This should not be that hard/complicated.

Sorry that you’re having trouble! It should be pretty straight forward, in theory; so if it’s not working as expected, let us know.
However, you should just be able to go into the “Shop” link above and do a renewal for your 50 domain license.
That is, once you log in, click Shop -> Renewals, choose “Add to Card” next to the 50 domain license, and once it takes you to your cart, click Checkout and you should be good to go.
If that isn’t working as expected, let us know and we’ll figure out what’s going on
