Where does Letsencrypt take it's email-address from?

I have setup virtualmin and create a copy of the server for a friend of mine.
Now I got all the letsencrypt Emails from his server.

I wonder where he need to change it, that he can put his address into the Server-Config, so that I don’t get this Letsencrypt notifications from his server anymore.

Searched a lot in any webmin and virtualmin config, but didn’t found anything.
Any suggestion?

Ok, would love to see if there is an gui for it.

But in the meantime, I found that there is a way via CLI to solve this:
