Where do you unhide Dashboard Panels?

You can hide panels, where do you unhide them?

I don’t want to wipe my settings, so I am guessing there is no way to unhide except reset everything?

Check Theme Configuration: Dashboard and real-time monitoring page and Hidden accordions option.

Literally this was hidden

I did look all the way through the settings and did not want to disable them until I found the place to turn them back on (remember the layout widget, once gone that does not come back).

Does it need to be hidden, perhaps this would be better just to be displayed. I know it is hidden because there are no hidden accordion panels.
