What will happen if I delete an account plan ?

I have set up three account plans that I want to use.

So I want to delete the default plan.

Do I need to change any existing servers over from the default plan
before deÅ

Well ,
I am now changing the 30 vs’s over from the default to one
of the three templates and plans that I have set
up.

So After completing that, I assume that I can delete the default
template and default plan.

Therefore I can ensure that I only select from
the 3 real plans in the future.

BTW.

Plan Gold, allows the server owner to set up
up to 25 servers. Which plan are each of these
servers on ? Or are they not on a plan at all as they are
"under" a server owner ?

I don’t believe Default can ever be deleted. You can, however, make it unavailable to your resellers and virtual server owners.
