What is "Virtual Email (for mailboxes and aliases)" (Administrator's Webmin Modules)

Just curious. I toggle yes/no for “Virtual Email (for mailboxes and aliases)” (under Virtualmin > System Settings > Server Templates > [my template] > Administrator’s Webmin Modules) and refreshing as a logged-in Extra Admin no difference jumps out at me.

I also seem to be able to change my Extra Admin password even with “Change Password” toggled to “No” as well as change user’s passwords under “Edit Users” with that checked on no.

The click-on-it help says “Enable this if the domain owner account should have the ability to create, edit or delete new mailboxes and mail aliases.”… I seem to be able to add users and aliases as an Extra Admin fine though.

I am a bit tired today, I could be right in front of me and I’m missing it.
