Is it possible to install required plugins and services with more control or the stack that only includes webserver.
i only want to use nginx+mariadb+ssh server.
the minimal version install DNS and Mail which i don’t use.

We have already answered this same question in another thread.
There is nothing stopping you from removing the packages you don’t need.
Disable the Feature, and then uninstall the packages with your package manager.
We’re discussing how to accommodate a more custom installation type in the future. Virtualmin 8 may have Ilia’s nano and micro bundles for smaller than minimal, or we may rethink the whole thing and make it possible to specify which services you want at install time. Both have positives and negatives, and every additional option at installation time will lead to a lot of questions and confusion about it later.

In the installer have full and custom. Full would be where everything is setup and installed just as now, except choosing your web server technology and then custom where you can micro manage what you want to installed.
Or, you could have just “one installer” that has a screen where you can select what pkgs you want, or don’t, or use LEMP or LAMP… instead of using the command-line only…
