Hi,

Have a look again at Webmin Configuration/SSL Encryption and make sure that new cert file is actually read by Webmin.

However, it should work automatically, if you selected Copy new key and certificate to Webmin? option.

Besides, make sure that you entered all sub-domains in Hostnames for certificate field.

Thank you very much for your replies.

I actually had to install LetsEncrypt twice. Once through Webmin for the host and then again through Virtualmin for the public_html files in that host because the host was also an Apache virtual host ie, Virtualmin, virtual server.
