Webmin Inaccessible from different subnet sometimes

Webmin becomes inaccessible sometimes randomly when access from different subnet, and I have virtualmin installed and i have two websites “speed.test.net” and “auth.test.net”, the “speed.test.net” remains always accessible, but “auth.test.net” becomes inaccessible at the same time of webmin becomes inaccessible.

Explain more about your network, router, subnets, and where your server sits in all of that.

I am using pfsense, I got three networks on it, LAN =192.168.40.0, GUEST =192.168.39.0, SERVER = 192.168.80.0. I am running webmin and virtualmin on 192.168.80.0 and I am trying to access it from 192.168.40.0, speed.test.net = 192.168.80.72, auth.test.net = 192.168.80.73 . IP for webmin and virtualmin is 192.168.80.20 .
