Last week all was good and I do not think I have run an update since earlier in the week.
When I now log in, I get the (occasional) ‘Your connection is not private’ browser message, which I then pass and go to the VM dashboard page. The Left column shows but the main screen does not.
When I select Dashboard or Terminal, I get the red ‘Connection Lost’ message!.
I have rebooted the server, without luck.
So, it is accessing the system but an error occurs when I try to do anything.
I am trying to log in at server host level to see if that gives anything away, but any thoughts would be appreciated.
What is the domain name you are having a problem with? Also, is the SSL Certificate for the domain valid? Can you provide a screenshot of the “Manage Virtual Server ⇾ Setup SSL Certificate” page?
I managed to update the server from the hosts console (I hope that isn’t an issue) which found some PHP files and, slowly, the access & dashboard visibility came back.
However, I still cannot access many of the features on each server, including SSL '(red ‘Connection Lost’ message), so cannot access that part!
