Virtualmin stop working / broken, after post installation wizard

Hi People, seasonal greetings to you all.

Why my Virtualmin stop working / broken, after post installation wizard?
There is warning “server refuse connection”.
Note, this is my first installation of Virtualmin, i use Linux CentOS 5.5 x86_64

Howdy,

You may want to try restarting Webmin.

You can do that by running from command as root from the command line:

/etc/init.d/webmin restart
