Well, nothing is added for SNI to work… it’s something that’s supported by newer Apache versions (and openssl). It works automatically when adding multiple SSL certificates to a given IP address.
So the question would be, is there anything about mod_spdy that prevents SNI from working.
I’m not aware of any Apache modules that break SNI, though I suppose there could always be one 
My suggestion would be to try it out, and let us know what you find!
