Virtualmin restore failed - Trying to migrate to new server

I am following this article: How to Migrate to a New Server | Virtualmin — Open Source Web Hosting Control Panel

When I start to restore on the new server, it just ends up saying “Restore Failed!” without anything following it. How can I find out why the restore failed?

The doc do point to logs to check.
If issues arise, check `$HOME/logs/error_log` for error messages that can help identify missing dependencies or other problems.

No one can help will so little info.
