Virtualmin Pro (Pro's) up and down and staging servers?

So I have a small server running virtualmin GPL and its working great, I have another server setup identically as a staging server.

With Virtualmin Pro, as I understand it, I’ll need to subscribe both the live and staging server, even though the staging server has only 1 domain to keep the codebase identical, thus doubling the cost correct?

And then should I wish to cluster the live setup, having two physical servers with shared storage (/etc & /home and probably more) is that then a third licence ?

or is there a licensing scheme which better suits this sort of setup?

Finally, if after upgrading one or both or all to Pro, should I wish to downgrade some or all at the end of my term (1 year probably) does that require a re-install or can it be done without affecting the service and is it a simple or tragic job?

We don’t mind you having a dev/staging server running the same license as your production server. We also don’t complain about having a license on two servers during a migration, as long as the migration is done in a reasonable time (like a couple weeks or whatever).

But, for anything where both are in production (like a load balanced situation or whatever), you’d need another license.
