I don’t know exactly how the upgrade process of a license work but I’ve just bought the upgrade mentioned in the title of this post and I can’t see the new credentials (if any) appear in my account page. Could you please explain how the upgrade process work? Honestly, it’s not very clear. Thank you.

It looks like the license in your account is a Virtualmin 10. Is that the license you’re looking to upgrade?
To do that, you’d need to upgrade to the intermediate steps along the way – the “10 to 50”, “50 to 100”, and “100 to 250” license.
