There’s a nasty bug in virtualmin-lemp-stack and virtualmin-lemp-stack-minimal 7.0.5, in that it depends on Apache packages. So, don’t install that version, as you definitely do not want to replace nginx with Apache on a LEMP system.
I’ve rolled out version 7.0.6 which I believe fixes this issue. We’re testing more thoroughly right now. (I rushed this one out, because having that dependency change is pretty dangerous for folks who don’t pay attention to what’s being updated/installed.)
