The system will record all host IDs against a license key rather than IP when you install the license on your Virtualmin.
Every time you install Virtualmin, a new host ID will generated. It is not using immutable values like a motherboard UUID.
I don’t know if there is a timeout period on a an ID being kept against a license but this might be why you are seeing 3 registered installations against your key.
Thanks and make sense but doesn’t explain the weirdo report there (Licence is installed on one host since 4 years, and on a new host since few weeks and that’s it !).
No big deal in all matters, will see once old server is retired of service if warning disappears
