Disabled servers adding backups when select “All virtual servers” option. Is this a bug?

No, I don’t think so.
“Disabled” to me means there is some chance that the virtual server will be enabled again at some point, for example, when the deadbeat client pays their bill. If that were not the case, then the admin would just delete it. So I think it should be backed up with the rest.
