I’m working on a new version of a website that is currently owned by another provider. DNS still point to old provider.
I will transfer DNS to my newly created site once it is ready.
Is there a way to create (and working to) a virtual server that is not currently pointed by a DNS?
I mean something like: http://123.123.123.123/~mynewsite
