Unstable domain on shared virtual ip

Usermin version 1.823
Virtualmin version 6.16
Authentic theme version 19.75

And here is how my interfaces file look like on image:

All websites on ens192 works stabil and without any problems
Have only one domain on virtual shared ip (newrelation.fr) on ens192:0 which works fine too
and i have an another domain on ens192:1 (virtual shared) wich is realy unstabil.

We have checked everything and it is totaly same as ens192:0 domain.
But hardpeer.fr working when it wants to work realy unstabil…
Is there anybody they have same experience or know how we can fix it?

What do the logs indicate? The Apache logs, I mean.

Hi Calport and yhanx for reply.

Nothing special in log rightnow. But i guess its because, it is working right now, but i will check the log next time i notice the error.
when it is works its showing the index.html from the domain folder
but when its not showing directory index screen (but empty) from apache

The other thing to look at would be PHP. Are the static pages being served normally and just the php pages not rendering? Could you also check for this?
