You need to go to the admin page. Hit /wp-admin on that domain.
I would go to the wordpress forums for help, Virtualmin has done it’s job displaying the pages correctly wordpress itself is returning the under maintenance page, but WordPress Maintenance Mode • How to Enable it (4 Different Methods) - FastComet
has section on how to get out of maintence mode. I have never used wordpress so I have no idea if these methods work
you prob need to delete a .maintenance file in the wp folder
turn on view hidden files to see files with a dot.

Are you sure you’re even looking at the right server? I mean, is your A record in DNS pointing to the right server? Maintenance mode does not generally disable the administrative pages in WordPress, so something else is wrong.
You need to delete the .maintenance file in your WordPress installation directory.
