Unable to send email

i really don’t know where is the problem i checked all the settings but no results
idk why when i send a mail from roundcube to my personel boite mail to test it
they show me your mail sent successfully but when i go to check my gmail i didn’t found nothing ?

and this is the picture of my box mail

You need to look in the mail log or the journal for the postfix unit. You can find this in the System Logs module in Webmin.

So does this show you checking the Spam box?

Ensure your domain has properly configured SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. These are crucial for ensuring that emails are authenticated and not blocked by services like Gmail.
Also, Double-check your Roundcube SMTP settings to ensure they’re correctly configured for outgoing mail.

yeaah i checked this my second domaine name with the same problem but i found the first one was blacklisted and for that i bought another but still the same problem

Domains usually aren’t blacklisted. The blacklists are for IP’s so a new name doesn’t change the IP address. You may, or may not, be able to get the IP unblocked depending on why it is blocked in the first place. If this is a home server you are probably out of luck. Services block pretty much any residential IP’s in large blocks and they aren’t going to make an exception.

Domains can be blacklisted they are called DNSBL (I think there is another term as well).

I use them heavily in my blocking strategy.

Some setups will take the lists and convert them into IPs, I think mine does both.

DNSBL pretty much lays it out. IP address. Trying to do it by domain would be a pure nightmare.

This site won’t even accept a domain name as a search parameter.

I have updated your topic title. Please use descriptive titles in the future.

Your other post about this problem indicates you do not have port 25. Your provider is blocking it. This is common as a way to prevent their customers from spamming, either intentionally or accidentally. You may be able to request it be opened. If your provider will not open it, you will need to use a mail relay service like Amazon SES, Mailgun, Mailjet, Sendgrid, etc. There are many such services, some have a small free tier that’s sufficient for light use.
