Unable to install SquirrelMail on Rocky Linux 8.5 - PHP version 5 or later is required

I am getting the following error message when I try to install SquirrelMail.

Works fine on my virtualmin. reverted to 7.2 and it installed on the too. Try roundcube see if that works.
