When trying to download the virtualmin-install script using the command from this website “wget https://software.virtualmin.com/gpl/scripts/virtualmin-install.sh” I get the following error:

OpenSSL: error:0A00010B:SSL routines::wrong version number
Unable to establish SSL connection.
It seems there is a problem here connecting to the virtualmin servers, as wget downloads from other sites (such as Example Domain) work fine.
I even tried downloading and installing from the install script in the github repo (github/virtualmin/virtualmin-install), but running that gives me another error:
Error: Failed to download utility function library. Cannot continue. Check your network connection and DNS settings.
