When I try to cancel my subscription, I follow the instructions but nothing works.
Sign In – Virtualmin takes me to the page where my active subscription shows up, and also one cancelled subscription. This is as it should be.
I click on the subscription number that I want to cancel. I am supposed to be taken to a page that lets me cancel it. Instead I get looped back to where I started:

From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.
I am never taken to a page that lets me do anything with the subscription.
This has been going on since April.
It is extremely discouraging.
The subscription that I want cancelled is 10061.
