Trying to migrate magento to virtual server

So I tried to migrate magento website to virtual server manually. After creating virtual server, uploading all the files through ftp and importing database… the website doesn’t open in preview. What am I missing?

P.S. Magento version 1.9.3.10

Do you run the ubuntu? if not who are you hosting with? Did you configure the webserver? are your ports open?

Please just give us all the information you have.
