does virtualmin pro(which i just purchased) support trouble tickets so the users have a way to get a hold of the server operator?
you can set usermin to allow feedback in the user interface. That will give you a drop down choice of modules and text to give a problem
Dan’s correct, but I agree it’d be nice to have something a little more obvious and friendly.
If I could find a reliable and simple (no external DB, no CPAN modules that we don’t already need, and no binary components) Perl issue tracker (or PHP, for that matter, since I have some PHP tools that I’ll be adding to our default install soon, via some proxy trickery and such), I’d add it to the default install and put some clicky “Open a Trouble Ticket” buttons in the theme. If you happen to know of one, point me at it.
