Transferred site from different host and it won't connect although other sites are working fine

Everything appears in order but it’s not able to show up externally eventhough the few other sites are working just fine including emails.

These name servers do not resolve, if these names are real you need to fix the resolution of these name servers
have a read of this

How do you fix a loop detected error? I keep doing some research on this and nothing seems to make since. Godaddy had me remove the nameservers then re-add them and that did nothing. It’s set up exactly like my other domains I have and it’s still not working.

On mxtools when I click find problems, I just get:
Unable to resolve “collateralrecoveryllc.com” to an IP address.

and if you look at the dns records I posted above it clearly has an IP address assigned which is the same IP’s other domains that work have.

You teally need to sort out your dns, best thing to do is to do is use your providers dns name servers rather than your local bind installation. This will save you the bother of trying to set up the dns locally

Just thought, your import has brought over alot of canpel stuff that not need and I see nothing apart from default dns setting for www mail etc. The SOA is set to a ns1 where you only had ns3 and ns4 set at registrar.
Maybe disable DNS for the domain and re-enable and see if that sets a default DNS settings that are needed (hopefully get rid of all that unwanted stuff). Check template setting for the default dns name and adjust.

I reset records and it works now. Something within the configuration from cpanel obviously was causing some sort of problems. Getting rid of the entries with _ on them I think is what did it. Either way I can start fresh and add what I need as needed. Thanks for the attempted help everyone.
