I currently have a 10.04 LTs box i would like to know my prospects for a 12.04 upgrade.

We’re currently working on support for Webmin, Virtualmin, and Cloudmin. I don’t have an ETA for you, but it is in the works, and we’ll have it rolled out when things are all working properly 
Jamie is also building an Ubuntu 12.04 image for Cloudmin, I suspect that’ll be available fairly soon here (if not already).

It seems as though I need a fresh install of Virtualmin via the install.sh but I can’t create a new instance in AWS with Ubuntu 10.04…only 12.04.
Looking forward to 12.04 support
