I tried this on Windows, and Linux, and had someone else try it in a different state, so it is not me. I used Firefox, the only one installed.

I think they’re having some sort of server issue or expired certificate (for some sub links) at this moment because software.virtualmin.com:443 fails to connect for my remote host. Also in my (local) browser that address fails to get a secure connection & times out.
In my opinion your issue may be related due to a failed connection or timing out.
Perhaps they are working on the OS & at some point someone that communicates with the appropriate staff will chime in here to give us an update as to when the issue is resolved.

There appears to be an issue with the web server (Apache) at software.virtualmin.com. This matter is being looked into.
