No. not the domain error_log. The error_log for Apache itself. The domain error_log obviously won’t have anything because Apache isn’t even starting, so it can’t be serving requests for domains to generate errors.

Look at CPU, RAM and Space
and if this is the case (running out of memory), can you please tell me what to do to get things working, a trick or something, for example removing some server installations (subdomains) and keep trying to run the Apache Webserver or what ?!

I disabled all web servers and Apache Webserver still doesn’t want to run, so the problem is not the memory + previously that “memory problem” when it happens very rarely I simply restart the server and everything works fine !

You obviously have a configuration problem. Run this:
apachectl configtest
Result:

You’ve stumped me. It’s not a problem I’ve seen.
But, Googling gives hints that it’s a broken SSL certificate (wrong format, corrupt file, something along those lines). So, disable SSL for all your domains, and try again. If that doesn’t fix it, find whatever other SSL certs are referenced (outside of Virtualmin managed domains, since disabling SSL in your domains should remove references to the certificates in those domains). Then, once Apache is running again, you can generate new certificates…and figure out what you did to get to where you are. Someone suggested in a StackOverflow discussion that upgrading the OpenSSL version can do it, which would align with the theory that you upgraded your OS.

Unfortunately I can’t try that solution because I took a backup of all websites and I removed everything, changed my VPS provider, … Now my websites are running fine in my new VPS !
Yes, I have a feeling it was an SSL certificate issue that caused the problem, because while exporting one of my websites to the new destination I noticed an SSL_ERROR, so I’m going to consider your last answer as a solution.
